It’s advertised as a bath and/or beach towel. I can give it 4 stars if used as a blanket on the sand at the beach. As a towel, I would give it a 2. I purposely got it because it’s advertised as a quick drying towel. And sure, it dries quicker than the usual bath towel. But boy do I not like using it.. it’s so unpleasant to touch on wet skin and it’s not that absorbent. Hopefully it gets better to touch after more washes? In the meantime, mostly using it to wrap my very long wet hair in it since it’s just the right size for that.

Love the color. Love all the colors but this one is my favorite. Love the size and how drapey it is. You can wear it as a cover-up at the beach if you wrap it around you, cross the opposing corners and tie it behind your neck. I personally like the fringe a little more, so I will be getting another one in this color with fringe. Overall really love these towels.

Beautiful colors, terrific fabrics and so soft! However, I bought everything in my order for the bathroom not the beach. The bath towels performed poorly. They do not absorb water even remotely as well as the worst terry towel. I liked the hand towels better as they’re more absorbent. I don’t remember anywhere on the Wetcat site specifically saying the large towels are only for laying on the beach. Will not buy again.

Great Turkish towel. Great towel, period. I had an $70 Turkish towel from a defunct company, I used it daily for four years. Loved it. Out of necessity I replaced it with a $25 towel from a random company through Amazon. Nice pattern but, Hated it! After lurking the website for weeks I finally pulled the trigger on this $40 towel from Wetcat and I am thrilled. Beautifully absorbent. Large but compact. No lint. Pretty color. I love the lack of fringe. I feel it will serve me for many years. You should buy from them because I probably won’t need to again for a long while.
I purchased the Turkish beach towel without fringes and I love it. I live in Hawaii and use it almost every day. Its so light and easy to carry. It folds up small and easily fits inside my folded beach chair. And Its plenty big enough to take a nice nap on! If Wetcat made a slightly smaller one, about 55" x 30", I would buy another one for the gym.

The towels are well-made as expected. Like that there’s no fringe. I bought them to take to the gym post swimming. I don’t feel the towels really dry off my skin the way regular bath towels do. They roll up and are not as bulky which is something. But ultimately, absorbency is most important and these towels are not great in that regard.
I don’t like the towels. They don’t absorb enough. I have 4 unopened towels that I’d like to return. Please advise how to do this. Cynthia Cammarato
