Returns and Exchanges

We offer free returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include proof of purchase. Return shipping is free. If you paid for shipping at checkout, original shipping charges are non-refundable. See our refund policy in detail.

Damages and Issues 

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Upon receiving the return, Wetcat reserves the right to deny a return if the item does not meet Wetcat's return policy requirements. Returns that arrive and are not in original condition may be refused.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Wetcat is not liable for any lost or stolen packages.

Refunds

Once the returned item is received, it may take 1-3 days for the item to be processed and reviewed. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take up to 10 business days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. Refund requests expire 30 days after the delivery date.

Are Turkish towels as absorbent as regular towels?

Yes. Turkish towels can be highly absorbent, and absorbency often improves after a few washes as the fibers break in.

Does absorbency increase with use for these towels?

Yes. Absorbency typically improves with a few washes and regular use.

I received my towels and it’s thinner than expected. Is this high quality?

Yes. Wetcat towels are intentionally thin because they use a flat weave (not thick terry loops). This helps them dry faster, pack smaller, and resist sand. Wetcat towels are made from 100% premium long-fiber Turkish cotton for absorbency and durability.

What kind of cotton do you use?

We use premium long-fiber Turkish cotton sourced from the Aegean region of Turkey (near Izmir). We work with the same trusted cotton supplier to keep quality consistent.

Do you mix in polyester?

No. Wetcat towels are 100% Turkish cotton, with no polyester blending.

What is OEKO-TEX certification?

Wetcat towels are certified to OEKO-TEX® STANDARD 100, which means the textile has been tested for harmful substances. Our certificate number is 23.HTR.34986, and it can be verified using OEKO-TEX Label Check.

ORDERS & SHIPPING

When will my order ship?

We usually ship orders by the next business day. If it has been more than 2 business days and you still do not see tracking, please reach out and we will look into it.

How long does standard shipping take?

Most orders are processed in 1 business day before they ship. During peak seasons like Black Friday, processing can take up to 5 business days.

Once shipped, standard delivery typically takes 3 to 6 business days.

How long will shipping take to my state?

After your order ships, standard delivery is usually 3 to 6 business days. Orders often arrive faster if you are closer to South Carolina.

Processing time is separate from shipping time.

Where do you ship from?
  • U.S. orders ship from Charleston, South Carolina.
  • Australia orders ship from our warehouse in Turkey.
Can I change my address, edit my order, or cancel it?

After 2 hours, message us and we will do our best to help, but changes are not guaranteed if the order is already processing.

RETURNS

How long do I have to return or exchange my order?

You can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.

To qualify, items must be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and we will need proof of purchase (order number or the email used to place the order).

Personalized items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Can I return an item if I used it, washed it, damaged it, or do not have proof of purchase?

To return or exchange an item, it needs to be unused, unwashed, and undamaged, and we will need proof of purchase.

If the return does not meet these requirements, it may be declined.

It has been over 30 days since delivery. Can I still return my order?

Return and refund requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. After 30 days, the order is no longer eligible for return or refund under our policy

How long do returns take to process?

After your return is delivered to us, we typically:

  • Process it within 2 to 3 business days, then
  • Within 1 to 2 business days, we issue the refund or ship your exchange.
When will I get my refund, and where does it go?

Once your return is received and inspected, refunds are processed in 1 to 3 business days and sent back to your original payment method.

Depending on your bank, it can take up to 10 additional business days for the refund to show on your statement.
