Defective or incorrect items must be reported to customer service (support@wetcatstore.com) within 24-48 hours of delivery to ensure your exchange is properly processed. Please include a photo of the damaged item along with your order # in the email. If the issue isn’t reported within the time frame, you may not receive replacement or refund.

If a product gets damaged or was faulty upon a delivery, you can receive 100% refund on the order.

The 30-day Return & Exchange window begins from the day the item was received.

To be eligible for a return, goods must be unopened, unused, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase.

We will provide the return instructions and where to send the returned goods. We strongly recommended getting proof of postage when returning goods in the event that a package gets lost.

Please note that customers are responsible for any shipping costs of returned items and we do not provide a refund for the shipping cost of the order.

When your returned item is received and inspected, you’ll receive a confirmation email, notifying you about the status of the refund.

If the refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method shortly after.

The weaving is the very similar to the truest and the most traditional Turkish towels that has been used in the famous Turkish baths (Turkish Hammams). The pattern in the Original towel is a very well-known and common stripe pattern. These are the two reasons why we wanted to name it the Original.

Please be aware, this pattern is everywhere but it doesn't mean the quality is the same. No one can beat our quality when it comes to the Original. You can directly email Ugur if you have questions about it.

They are exactly the same weaving and the same size. The only difference between them is the pattern.

Low-maintenance as it is luxurious, caring for your Wetcat towel couldn’t be easier.

Your towel should stay fresh over many uses, due to its quick-drying properties. When you’re ready, simply machine wash on warm (up to 100°F or 40°C), then tumble dry on low or line dry. Use fabric softener as desired, but don’t bleach. So compact, you can wash bunches of them at once!

Our towels are preshrunk. They maintain their full size when you follow our care instructions. If you happen to blast yours on hot, just iron to return it to full size. 

Yes, they can go in the dryer on low heat.

Yes, they are made in Turkey. They are also inspected by our Turkish team one by one to ensure each towel is perfect.

They are made with 100% Turkish cotton. We don't blend our cotton with any synthetic yarn. It's purely Turkish cotton.
