Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges (Australia)

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and include proof of purchase.

Wetcat reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions or appear used, washed, or damaged.

Personalised items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Items that do not qualify for a return may be sent back to the customer upon request. In these cases, return delivery costs will be the customer’s responsibility.

For eligible returns, customers are responsible for the return postage. If you paid for delivery at checkout, original delivery charges are non-refundable.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us straight away if an item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

Upon receiving the return, Wetcat reserves the right to decline a return if it does not meet our return policy requirements. Returns that arrive in used or damaged condition may be refused.

Lost or Stolen Parcels

Wetcat is not liable for lost or stolen parcels.

 


 

Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, please allow 1–3 business days for processing and review.
If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method.

Banks and credit card providers may take up to 10 business days to process and post the refund.

Refund requests expire 30 days after the delivery date.
