Important note before first use: We recommend washing your towel before using it for the first time to activate the natural cotton fibers and enhance absorbency. Please note that once washed, towels cannot be returned, so only wash if you plan to keep your Wetcat towel.

The 30-day Return Exchange window begins from the day the item was devliered. To be eligible for a return, goods must be unused, unwashed, undamaged and accompanied by proof of purchase. Microfiber towels are synthetic, made from petroleum-based materials like polyester and polyamide (nylon)—a.k.a PLASTIC. Turkish towels offer everything a microfiber towel offers—sand-free, compact, lightweight, easy to pack and carry—without the plastic.
Microfiber towels shed microplastics when washed, contributing to ocean pollution. They don't biodegrade and can persist in landfills for hundreds of years. Microfiber feels artificially soft at first but can become less effective over time as fibers break down and detergents build up. Synthetic fibers can also trap bacteria and odors, creating hygiene concerns over time.

Yes! We use 100% Turkish cotton, which is non-GMO. Turkey is one of only three countries that completely ban GMO cotton, making it the largest producer of 100% non-GMO cotton.
